A child entering kindergarten must be five years of age by December 1 of that year.

Registration for parishioner families generally takes place with a school tour in October of the preceding year.

When applying for admission, parents must present birth and baptismal certificates, completed kindergarten application forms, immunization and health records.

Children are considered for acceptance after successfully completing a kindergarten screening process.
Priority for admission to the kindergarten class is given to siblings and children of registered and supporting parish families.

Students transferring into other grades must present official school report cards and standardized test scores, current medical records, and undergo an educational evaluation by the school psychologist. When grades are closed due to capacity enrollment, students are placed on a waiting list.
